About ELA EPG

The ELA Emerging Professionals Group (EPG) serves to connect those in the earlier part of their FHA financing careers with other industry professionals. The ELA EPG was formed to educate and engage emerging professionals of ELA through networking events that focus specifically on the FHA/HUD sector of Commercial Real Estate Finance. Membership is restricted to lender and associate lender members of ELA; however, participation at events is open to lender and associate lender members, as well as HUD.
